Refund Policy

Our refund policy is very straight forward. If for any reason after 30 days of receiving our product you can send back our products for a full refund. You will incur the shipping costs to ship back to us in Canada but you will get a full refund of your total order including original shipping.

Please just contact us with your order number and we will send you detailed return instructions. We hope you can also provide a reason why you would like to return the products so we can continually improve our products but this isn’t necessary, but is appreciated.
