Ashwagandha and Rhodiola – Combination
Ashwagandha and Rhodiola Rosea are 2 amazing adaptogenic herbs. Adaptogens work on the entire body and help it function optimally. Rhodiola was shown to improve their mental stamina and focus, improve their physical fitness, and improve their moods. It’s a great study aid and workout supplement. It’s generally better to take during the day as it’s very energizing and may affect sleep when taken later.
